for updateing the chages you have to build a new database so all you do is repeat the Step Two !

  For Unicies an admin can automate the action of Fcheck using at or Cron.
  And a more and very important note is that you better have your database and conf file in a secure place like a cdrom or a remote system...
  since attackers know that tripwire or fcheck is there they can modify the databse and booommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........
  (I peronally have it on a remote nfs (read only) that I mount every time I run the script )
