paper. There are a variety of mechanical issues common to geoscience
writing which you might consider. Bates et al. (2004) is on reserve
in the library. You have recieved a copy of the page that contains
the writing mechanics problem you are responsible for discussing with the

the assigned mechanics problem and discuss it with the class.
