Helena, Montana's capital city, is located in west-central Montana on I-15.
July 19-21 -- The "Voice of Nations, We Speak and Sing" Encampment is at the Devil's Elbow Recreation Site 12 miles north-east of Helena off York Road. Activities include dancing, speakers, story telling, drumming, Indian games, hide tanning, fire by friction, and much more. Admission, as well as camping, is free to the public. This is the second annual encampment, and it is planned for each summer until the Lewis and Clark bi-centennial in 2006.
