June 1 -- on June 1st of each year 2003-2006, Virgelle Mercantile and Missouri River Canoe Company take visitors back to the days of Lewis and Clark. Step back in time in the old town site of Virgelle and see mountain men and poineer settlers as they were back then. Activites include art, canoeing, cooking, horseback riding, storytelling, and lots of Lewis and Clark history!
