July 22-24 -- Havre's Festival Days & Lewis and Clark Celebration is a citywide festival of arts and history. Activities will include art shows, a quilt show, a parade on July 23rd, a craft show, plays, and a community bed race, as well as local poets and musicians during the weekend.
