Welcome to the Country & Swing Dance Club web site!
We are a student club at Montana State University - Bozeman that puts on free dances for students and the community. These dances are typically held Monday (8:30-11pm) and Friday (9-midnight) evenings in the SOB Barn Loft on campus. The music on Monday nights is primarily swing music suitable for dancing a variety of styles. The music on Friday nights is primarily country music.
These dances are an excellent opportunity to practice dancing in a friendly, alcohol-free environment. Often there will be people who are willing to help beginners learn new moves or how to dance. If you see someone doing something you like, just ask if they are willing to teach you it.
