Description

Scattered dinosaur bones lie entombed in a rock; what do they mean? Taphonomy examines the processes that act on an organism from the time of its death until its discovery and how these processes bias or help in fossil interpretation. Prerequisite: GEOL 307 or GEOL 309 or BIOL 310.
